Mrs. John B. MacNaughton of Bandera County feeds her flock of white leghorns. Note that Mrs. MacNaughton had named her chicken house "Rest Haven." She was a Poultry Demonstrator in the Bandera County Home Demonstration Club. The mowing machine stored outdoors under the tree and the general clutter around the barnyard was quite typical of farms of the period.
